At Hookah Way, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

1. Contact Us: You must contact us at hookahwayllc@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility: We offer free returns or exchanges as long as the item has not been used and all original packaging materials are intact.

3. Return Process: Returns will be handled via UPS. Customers must drop off the return package at a UPS location. We do not arrange for UPS delivery vehicles to pick up returns from homes.

4. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send photo evidence of the damage to hookahwayllc@gmail.com along with your return request.
